Happy 2016, y’all! My goals include continuing to give myself a mental break – i.e., not riding myself so hard or ferociously when I have something that feels like/looks like/is a failure to me. In other areas, I’m planning on having my shoulder back to full strength this year, thanks to Fit and Bendy’s Shoulder School dvd, and my definite pole goals are getting Pole-O-Rama and Superman this year. From a flexibility perspective, I want to have full touch down on front splits on both sides, and to continue progressing with my middle splits, back bends, and such.
Other goals I’ve set for myself – this year, I will finally learn how to ride the bike I’ve had sitting in the house. It’s time, I’ve put it off too long as it is, so I’ll be looking forward to spring to work on that.
(that damn cross stitch is still floating, we’re still slowly making progression. We. will. get. there. Maybe not 2016, but we still move forward.)
