I’ve taken the next step in committing to pole. Since I’ve gone through all the various and way too many classes I was taking, and decided that the one I truly liked was pole, I’ve been working towards getting a routine set for exercising and practice. The most recent step was realizing I’m pretty pathetic when it comes to actually using the pole in the house, so I’ve ordered Jamilla’s Art of Pole DVDs so that I can devote a day or two to practice, outside of class, and the continue the ballet cardio and toning on the other days. Things that are high on my list to get into my little brain: Tinkerbell, wrist seats, and apprentice. I also need to concentrate on getting the dainty bitch skin on my inner thighs roughed up so I do feel like such a wimp, and so climbing and seats don’t hurt so dang much. Fingers crossed!
