It’s aliiiiiive!
Wow, y’all… Grinduation was a blast! I had a completely epic time, enjoyed the hell out of performing – and am jonesing for my next chance! Fingers crossed that Salome will start having alumni performances once a quarter or so. Thanks to Kevin, Mike, and Koji for showing up at the shin-dig, and to all…

Let the Bang begin!
So, if you’ve been following the blog, you’d know that I’m wrapping up Challenge 2012, and am starting Challenge 2013. To reiterate again, Challenge 2012 wraps up this Saturday, with Grinduation at the Well. I hope to see you all there, as Cyn Tervention makes her burlesque debut. Challenge 2013 – aerial dance, started off…

Happy 2013!
So, we’ve started off 2013 with one hell of a bang. If you’ve been following along at home, the Salome Cabaret Burlesque Academy Grinduation is scheduled for January 26th, and I’m ready to roll for it. A second Eek!
Between Thanksgiving and the creeping crud going through my house, I’ve been simultaneously busy and sick. Eek!
I promise I haven’t forgotten – I’ve been focusing on what seems to have been a pretty cursed project, and then working my brain through the other one that’s been similarly challenging. Hopefully, I’ll be back to regular updates next week or so, in the next minor interim before a large-scope project. I’m sorry –…

And now for something completely different….
As my WiRs are pretty standard, this one involved a bit of less structured weekend time for some decompression. Translate to: I slept the vast majority of the first 12 hours of the day. With my main costuming client out of town, and no supplies on hand to continue working on that project, I’ve pretty…

WiR 9/23 – 9/30
Another crazy week – essentially the same dance schedule of M, T, R, Sat., although it’s a long Tuesday this week with the Burlesque Academy. I’m enjoying the tribal improv exploration tons and bunches, and other choreographies continue to proceed. There’ve been some shifts in the studio scheduling, so we’ll see how that all settles…
